Home Buyers 4 DMV is the home-buying side of NVA Investments Group, a real estate investment firm based in Ashburn, Virginia. We buy houses for cash across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Taxes or mortgage payments have fallen behind, and the calendar is working against them. Listing agents are great for move-in-ready homes. That is not the only kind of home there is.
So we buy the other kind. We purchase single-family homes and townhomes in any condition — directly from owners, for cash, with no commissions and no fees.
